Yes, in order to make a reservation you will have to have a valid credit card.
We do not require a deposit, refer to our cancelation policy.
We hold your reservation by authorizing your credit card and you will get charged as invoiced. Additional time, service, and fees will be charges at the completion of your trip.
We use PayPal for payment the receipt is email to you upon payment

We recommend booking the sprinter for the time block you will need it. You will be able to leave belongings in the sprinter during your event and the sprinter will be available when you are ready to leave.
Your time starts when the driver picks you up from your door and ends when you are dropped off.
Yes, and it will be charged at an hourly rate of 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
With our hourly flat rate, you will not be charged for stops. With our airport run rates, you will be charged $20 per stop within a 5 mile radius.

Special events include Prom Season, FL/GA game, Jaguar games, New Years Eve, The Players Championship, Daytona 500, and any sold out concerts or sporting events. Our cancelation policy for special events is 2 weeks prior to the pickup time prior to the event.
When booking your driver’s contact will be sent to you and they will be your primary contact during your transportation and can help with any assistance you may need.
We do allow our customers to bring coolers on our Sprinter, there is a mini fridge in the back of the Sprinter that can be stocked upon request.
We do accept special requests, as long as requests are communicated one week prior to the start time of the rental.
Our Sprinter is Non-Smoking. Customers who do smoke in our sprinter will be charged a $1250 cleaning fee and will be directly to your credit card on file.
The client is responsible for paying additional fees such as parking, tolls, or airport fees
We will have you provide your flight number and our driver will monitor the flight arrivals accordingly.
The hourly rate for a wedding is designed to do a pickup from one location, go to the ceremony, and drop of at the reception. Custom itineraries for photos can be arranged
At Jacksonville International Airport the terminal has a designated Limo area where drivers must stay with their vehicle. For Private airports, we are often able to pick up directly by your airplane.
We will continually check your flight for actual arrival time and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Yes, you will be required to text your driver your new flight number as it changes. Otherwise we cannot be held responsible for the delayed arrivals.
